I was raised in Lakewood, Colorado, and after graduating from CSU in 1990 I spent 27 years in sales, living in Georgia, Florida, and Texas. Working with National home builders across the South, provided a vast array of knowledge and insights into the housing industry and the real estate market. I am a real estate investor, financial market investor, and firm believer in the power of real estate to build wealth for individuals and families. (Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
